[Character] = Trisana Chandler ("Tris")
[Canon] = The Circle of Magic / The Circle Opens / The Circle Reforged

[ OOC ]

[Backtagging] I am okay with it, but I will get irritated/lose interest if it becomes something like "one tag every other week". Its hard to keep the feel of the what the character is going through that long, and I always worry about "but what if something comes up that changes things-"
[Thread hopping] Go for it, but if in doubt, ask.
[Fourthwalling] If your character really wants to!
[Offensive Subjects] I will add them as I come across them!

[ IC ]

[Hugging] You have to be of a specific group of people for her to be okay with this for more than a couple seconds.
[Kissing] Expect lightning in reply for anything more than cheek kisses. And even then, you may just expect lightning bolts.
[Flirting] Ahahahaha she will stare at you like you have two heads. Or not notice, or snark at you in return.
[Sex-] Tris is not interested. I am respecting this character's wishes on this subject.
[Shipping] Feel free to try to! Tris comes with a bunch of issues that means that GOOD LUCK GETTING HER TO JOIN IN ON THIS-
[Fighting] Hahahaha you don't want to fight her. It won't end well for anyone. Ask first-
[Injury] Ask first. (Monsters are welcome to try-)
[Killing] Ask first~
[Telepathy/Mind Reading] She will notice when you try. Telepathy -> her, she will give you a shove out of her head because HEY YOU YOU AREN'T HER SIBLING. ASK FIRST YOU FOOL

[ What She Can See ]

Tris can see magic on things. With her glasses on, its a silver glow with some basic details. this includes people who have magic, where the glow will indicate your strength. Great Mages (Niko, Rosethorn, Lark, Frostpine) will appear as "bright as a sun". Once she takes her glasses off, she will be practically blind but all magic is in far greater detail. Please comment here if you think your character will have something visible in a magical sense

Tris herself is very likely to be a great mage as well, which means if she or her brother are looked at with a "how magical are you" / "how much magic do you have" way, it is very likely to blind you.

Tris's braids store magic. Someone else (other than her siblings) touching them is never shown, but her hair is often a conduit for lightning, so touching them is at great risk. Tris herself states that "(allowing someone else to brush her hair) would be a fatal exercise. I need special brushes and combs to manage it, myself." and that because of all the power stored in them, her braids don't need re-braiding/brushing daily (which is nice, because she'd hate to have to rebraid them everyday.) long story short do not touch her hair, even if the ties won't come off for anyone but her.

Copy pasta.

Since it has been brought to our attention on Bastion, I should mention that Kroenen counts as a magical construct, and Seimei is a magical creature.. =D Seimei can see things for what they truly are, but beyond that he shouldn't have issues. He'll simply know Tris is capable of the Arts.

I wouldn't know how Kroenen might appear to Tris' "sight", being that he was human once, but has left behind most of his humanity in favor of replacing everything with machinery largely animated with magic.

Seimei is a kitsune. Depending on how strong Tris' sight is, she might only see Seimei as a magical being, or she might see the fox ears and tail that even Seimei himself doesn't know exist. Your call.

So Rin is a half-demon, I'm not entirely sure how that would fall in the "magical creature" spectrum. She DOES have a lot of power, like a ridiculous amount. The Blue Flames of Satan are sometimes also called the Holy Flames because they can be used for purification if she uses them right.

I'm gonna leave it up to you two how you want Briar and Tris to see that.

Crona's pretty magical! Crona's mother was a witch, so Crona inherited at least some kind of magic from her. Also, Crona's blood is a magical weapon that was melted down using magic. So there's magic involved there.

This is probably obvious, but Paarthurnax is going to be prreeeetty dang magical.

The Thu'um is a very ancient kind of magic, and has demonstrated itself to be considerably more powerful than the classes of magic that humans and mer started to use in Skyrim! The right Thu'um can make changes to the weather, for example, of which there is no spell equivalent. When you (properly) use the Thu'um, you are basically taking that word into you so that you understand it fully in all its forms. Paarthurnax has also spent thousands of years meditating on the Thu'um, so he has an even better understanding of these words than most.
